Christina Todd brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep passion for early childhood education to her role as the Kindergarten Assistant Teacher at FPPK. A graduate of Stockton University with a Marketing degree, Christina is currently pursuing her passion for working with young children by pursuing her Preschool to Grade 3 teaching certification. Her experience in various preschools has shaped her belief that every child deserves a nurturing environment where curiosity, confidence, and joy in learning can flourish.

Her Approach

In the kindergarten classroom, Christina fosters a warm and supportive atmosphere where children feel encouraged to explore, create, and grow. She values hands-on, creative learning opportunities and emphasizes social-emotional development as a foundation for lifelong success. Christina finds joy in seeing her students' curiosity come alive and strives to make each day filled with laughter, discovery, and connection.

Experience

Christina began her journey at FPPK as a paraprofessional before joining the kindergarten team as an assistant teacher. Her transition into education was inspired by her passion for working with young children and the rewarding experience of watching their curiosity blossom and their minds expand. She admires FPPK's strong communication with families, collaborative staff, and the caring community that makes the school such a special place for both students and teachers.

Her Personal Life

Outside the classroom, Christina enjoys drawing, playing with her dogs, and taking long walks. Her creativity and love for nature bring balance and inspiration to her teaching. Christina looks forward to continuing to grow alongside her students and to creating meaningful moments of learning and joy in the classroom each day.
