Congratulations to June Miller on 40 Years at FPPK!

Celebrating Decades of Serving our Students

When asked what drives her passion for teaching, June says, "The children's curiosity, love of learning, creativity, humor, and zest for life in general. Each year's class is unique, with different skill levels, interests, and energy, yet always filled with the children's smiles and laughter!"

June’s Teaching Philosophy

June Miller brings 40 years of experience to FPPK as our Pre-K Lead Teacher. She is known for her warmth and ability to integrate students and their parents into the FPPK family. Her focus goes beyond academics and helps students develop self-confidence, social skills, and more.

June's favorite part of teaching is seeing each child's progress as the year unfolds, whether forming new friendships, learning new skills, or building confidence—or all of the above! She loves seeing each student's smiles and listening to them share what they've learned or experienced.

Well Wishes from our FPPK Family

After working with her for 36 years, I want to thank June for teaching me patience, professionalism, unconditional love for children, and sharing inspirational thoughts and ideas with colleagues, parents and the students in her class. – Susan Tigh

Her gentle manner, her patience, her kind interactions with the children, the way she could control a group of rowdy 4 year olds with just a soft word or two…. all exceptional qualities in a teacher.  FPPK was always lucky to have her. She is one of the reasons for the success of the school. – Sue Kozel

Ms. June is wonderful and I think she is one of the reasons FPPK has been so successful over the years. I can’t believe she’s been teaching there for 40 years though - she seems way too young. –Teresa Howard
